CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries 
-Handle and resolve customer complaints
-Process all vehicle repairs including insurance claims from start to finish
-Order and return parts
-Update customers
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
-Assist Estimator in preparing the vehicle estimate
-Most importantly, upload estimates using CCC Pathways to different insurance electronic system

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
-Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Word, Excel and Quickbooks)
-Numeric, oral, and written languages applications
-With at least 2 years experience in a customer service setting
-Preferably with experience in auto body repair business, but not required

Possible to change to Estimator position in the future

$11-12/ hour DOE

 

This is a full time job with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be willing to render overtime and work on Saturdays occasionally. Interested parties may send their resume to:
